Evan Kindt Scholarship Application

Grants for one academic year are not to exceed $1,000.00.

Please complete each of the three easy steps below through our secure on-line site.  You will receive a confirmation email after completing each part. It is your responsibility to ensure your application is 100% complete. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Step 2. Evan Kindt Scholarship Application Part II - Sections III. Education, Section IV. Church Affiliation, & Section V. Certification.

Step 3. Evan Kindt Scholarship Application Part III - This is a three-part step.  At the link include:

  1. Goal Statement of 700 words or less, and
  2. (upload) Recommendation Letter from a SUMC church member (non-family member).  Please note references may either upload letters at the link, email letters to scholarship@southsidemethodist.org, or mail them to the church office to Attn: Scholarship Committee, 3120 Hendricks Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32207. 
  3. Transcript: Upload, email or mail your transcript by the scholarship deadline.
