Join our Prayer Team!

Jesus Christ is our model for intercessory prayer. Jesus stands before God and between Him and sinful man.  It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us (Romans 8:34).

Members of the House of Prayer Team go through a one hour training session before committing to joining.  As a team member, you will sign up to spend an hour at a time (as frequently as your schedule permits) in SUMC's Langley Chapel in prayer over submitted requests.

If you are unable to come to the chapel but wish to pray for the needs of our church and community, you may download this monthly calendar to use at home.
