Coming Soon...Top Chef at Southside!!!

Wanted:  

8 chefs to compete in our 1st Top Chef Dessert Competition.   If more than 8 people apply, we will pull the names out of a chef’s hat for the 8 competitors.

Requirements:

  • Enjoyment of cooking…..for a crowd!
  • Being present at all competition nights: Jan. 6, Jan. 13, Feb. 24 and The Finals: March 24 (2010).
  • Desserts must be in the kitchen by 3 PM on the day of the competition.
  • Disclaimer: This is all in FUN!!!! (No professional skills or experience needed.) 

    • Competition Rules:

  • Final rules for each competition will be given to you on January 6 for the January 13 competition.
  • Our own “Padma” will host the panel of judges and conduct the competition.
  • Our church family will sample the entries and lobby for their favorites.

    • Competition Schedule (during Wednesday Night Dinners):

  • Wednesday, January 6th - Introduction of competitors
  • Wednesday, January 13th - First round of competition
  • Wednesday, February 24th - 2nd Round of competition
  • Wednesday, March 24th -  Finals ~ Southside Top Chef selected
