"It's All About Love"  A Choral Concert to support the Mt. Moriah Adult Daycare Center will be held here at Southside UMC on Friday, February 12, 2010 in the Sanctuary at 7:00pm.  We have several choirs joining us from some of our African American sister churches as well as our own Chancel Choir and the Southside Praise Band, F.A.I.T.H.  Mt. Moriah Adult Daycare Center began 6 years ago at the Mt. Moriah United Methodist Church on St. Augustine Road as a result of the vision of their congregation of 50 and the help of many churches in the area (including Southside).  Mt. Moriah UMC has long been a sister church in Missions with us here at Southside UMC.  Let us all enjoy this wonderful concert about spiritual and romantic love while we support this worthy endeavor at the Daycare Center to help those in need of daily care.  Ticket donations are $10.00 and can be obtained at the church office, at Wednesday night dinner,  at the door on performance night, or by contacting Anne Davis at 614-4823.  Make a special Valentines night of it!
