There are many folks around Southside UMC who are interested in obtaining a new photo church directory, and many vendors who are eager to provide the service and schedule the appointments at no cost to Southside UMC (and no obligation to individuals to buy photos). 

We need a leader and a small committee to spearhead the effort by 1)  contacting photographers for proposals and to select a week for the photo shoots, 2) reminding church members to make their photo appointment, 3) proof-reading the draft directory, and 4) distributing the directories when they are ready.
