"Are any of you suffering hardships?  You should pray.  Are any of you happy?  You should sing praises.  Are any of you sick?  You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord."  James 5:13-14

The purpose of the House of Prayer ministry of Southside United Methodist church is to equip believers to relate to God through prayer in all areas of their lives and to provide a clear path of intercessory prayer.  We are looking for church members to serve as team members.  Members will be trained and asked to sign up to spend time in silent prayer over confidential prayer requests in Langley Chapel.
