Sunday Worship

Pastor Bruce Jones leads two worship services on Sunday mornings.  Special Children's Worship also occurs during each service.  Sunday School is held between services. 

Adult Worship

9:00 am Contemporary Worship Service - A come-as-you-are worship environment with our upbeat Praise Band and contemporary music raising a joyful noise to the Lord. If you are looking for a relaxed worship atmosphere where you can find a new path to Christ, come join us on Sundays at 9 am. You may come as you are but we hope you will leave with a renewed excitement for a relationship with Jesus Christ.  Nursery is available.

10:00 Sunday School Classes - Ten adult Sunday School Classes as well as grade-level Children and Youth classes are offered.  Click for a list of Children's Sunday School teachers and class locations.  People from both Contemporary and Traditional Worship Services have the opportunity to fellowship with one another and study God's Word in small groups during Sunday School. Nursery is available for infants and toddlers.   

11:00 am Traditional Worship Service - Our more formal worship environment which features our Chancel Choir, one of the finest organs and organists in Jacksonville, and our most revered Methodist hymns and creeds. If you enjoy the traditional, classic worship style, we hope you will join us at 11:00 am on Sundays. Nursery is available for babies and toddlers. Older Children may participate in Children's Church - see information above.  

Children's Worship

Children's Worship - Children are welcome and invited to remain with their parents for the entire worship service or Children's Church is also available during the sermon each week.  PreK-3 through 2nd Graders may be dismissed just before the sermon each Sunday from the Contemporary and Traditional Worship services for Children's Church.  3rd Graders are encouraged to enjoy worship with their parents the 1st Sunday of each month and are invited to Children's Church the other Sundays.  4th and 5th Graders may complete a Helper's Training and be dismissed two Sundays each month to assist with Children's Worship.  Click the headline for details.
