Weekly Bible Studies
Sundays
In addition to 10 AM Sunday School classes we offer two adult studies beginning on August 28, 2011, 6 PM in the Family Life Center. Childcare is availabe by reservation.
Disciple Bible Study - This study will take particpants from Genesis to Revelation and introduce sweeping themes and key events and people in the Bible. Led by Pastor Dale. Companions in Christ - Grow closer to God through a study on prayer. Led by Pastor Bruce. (This is part of our Christianity 201 Series). Location: Asbury Classroom.
Mondays
Nursery is available from 9 AM - 1 PM, so moms and dads can come to small group Bible study then have a few free hours around town before pick up time.
Disciple Bible Study -9:30 AM - 11 AM, Inwood House. Description is same as above. This class is being offered three times weekly. You can make up on another day if you miss your class. Location: Inwood House. Click here for the current study schedule.
Women's Study - 9:15 AM - 10:45 AM, GRACE Place. This study consists of mainly mothers of school-age children, but all women are welcome and encouraged to attend. The topic is for Fall 2011 is: "Calm My Anxious Heart: A Woman’s Guide to Finding Contentment.” Led by Kristy Frein.
Baxter Boys - 7 PM, Family Life Center. Men of Southside and the community come together to study, challenge, and encourage one another to be men of Christ in all areas of their lives. The current study is: Marriage: Becoming a Godly Husband will begin September 19th. Location: Family Life Center. Click here for a study schedule.
Wednesdays
Baxter Boys - 6:30 AM, Family Life Center. Description is same as above. Over 60 men meet on Wednesday mornings. After a quick word by Pastor Dale, they break up into small groups for discussion. Location: Family Life Center. Click here for a study schedule.
11 AM Bible Study - This hour long class will cover the Book of Revelation in 2011-2012. Led by Pastor Dale. Location: Family Life Center, Room B.

Companions in Christ - 6 PM-7:30 PM, Asbury Room. Description is same as above. Location: Asbury Classroom.
Study Sisters - 6 PM. Women meet for study and discussion. Current study is "What is So Amazing About Grace". Led by Kathy Parker. Location: Discovery Classroom.
Youth Small Groups - 6 PM - 7 PM, Various Locations. Youth meet by gender and grade. Topics for Fall 2011 include Prayer and Back to the Basics. Each group is led by two adult leaders who not only teach, but serve as mentors for their students.
Thursdays
Companions in Christ - Noon - 1 PM. Chapel Parlor. Brown bag lunch. Description is same as above. Location: Chapel Parlor.
